Have good communication skills

As a bondsman you need to ask questions and shoot later.  Most people when entering into this field will shoot first and ask questions later.  This is typically done because movies and television have conditioned us to understanding this is the way it is done.  If you don’t have good communication skills you will be spinning your wheels, chasing false leads and just being laughed at in the field.
